I ordered a gf bun along with my families order. They didn’t label it gluten free. The buns were soggy and not grilled. I order aoli sauce and they did not put it on the burger. The lady on the phone was very rude.

I visited about a month ago and had a great experience. When I placed my GF order, I also told them that I have celiac disease. When our order was ready, they had plated my burger with a regular bun (I knew it looked too good to be true). I asked the kitchen staff to remake the burger and they were super apologetic. Before I could even ask, they assured me that they would change their gloves and use toppings from the back. The kitchen staff not only was kind, but were very knowledgeable about celiac and gluten allergies/intolerances. Their attitude made my visit all the better. Will definitely be coming back soon!
Yes
Gluten free + dairy free bun - burgers cooked on gluten free surface. I chose the Cuban (no cheese/butter) on the GF bun - yum!
let me start off by saying... the burgers are good! The gluten free bun is good too! They do cook the burgers on a gluten free surface as well and always ask if its an "allergy" to gluten. That's a huge plus! The salads are ah-mazing!! There are many to choose from! When find me gluten free asked me while writing this review "is it Celiac friendly?" I would say "yes and no." The sides, except for the salads, are not gluten free, but all in all, this place is delicious! I give it 4 1/2 stars!
The girl up front taking orders was rude. When asked if they have any side dishes that are gluten free, she replied no except a side salad. Her response was fine, but not her attitude. She then proceeded to go laugh about my question with a cook. He chuckled until he looked over at me and saw the expression on my face. Getting mocked at a restaurant that is listed on a gluten free website for asking about a gluten free side was uncalled for and I'll never go back.
