Our server, Rob, was very knowledgeable about Celiac. He gave my daughter options. She ordered the steak and he told us he would make sure the kitchen knew to use all new utensils on her food. He came back later to let us know there was an issue with her smashed potatoes possibly coming in contact with gluten so he gave us options to replace them so we didn’t have to wait much longer. She said it was one of the best steaks she’s had.
