The manager came and spoke with me about the GF menu and relayed my dietary concerns to the chef, and even to our waiter who knew what we had talked about with the manager before he placed my order. I was able to modify a celiac safe menu item even further for dairy restrictions. Staff communication was excellent and knowledgeable. I felt very safe eating here!
