I was told almost everything on the menu could be made gluten free. The tacos are made with corn tortillas, so I got the chicken taco, which was okay. But I asked about the chips being made in a dedicated fryer and was told they were safe and no chance of cross-contamination. I ate a lot of chips...and I've never been so ill. I would not eat here with celiac disease.
