My son with out celiac really wanted to go here for his birthday. They do have gluten free buns but everything on the menus except the salmon seems to have gluten. They were busy for a Monday night. While the server tried to convince me they did not have anything, for my other son, I threw her some guilt that we had been to other Guy Fieri’s restaurants who did understand and gave options for celiacs. In the end my youngest just got a side of mashed potatoes, some beautiful asparagus steaks and a bowl of ice cream. Plenty to tide him over and no reactions.
