Awhile the staff did seem knowledgeable and suggested the burrito bowl as a celiac safe meal- I ended up getting pretty sick after only a few bites. They said they would change their gloves prior to making my food, but if they did it didn’t seem to make any difference...

Location at the International Convention Center. (It's a chain with plenty of locations all over Sydney! Use google to find other locations) chips are fried in gf oil - nothing else fried in it, so everything (chips, nachos, tacos, enchilada bowl) but the burrito wrap and churros (cooked in different fryer) are GF!
Woah! I am absolutely blown away! Me and my brilliant kids were bored on a regular Saturday afternoon, so we decided to try something new🥰 GYG is an absolute blast!! So good for gluten free. I will be coming here again! (Hopefully not with my kids) 🤣🤣🤣

Never got glutened!! Burrito rice bowl is safe, possible cross contamination but never got sick from it. Corn chips are also amazing.

Food was terrible. Didn’t get sick, but didn’t feel great afterwards. Rice was undercooked and unseasoned. The “pico” was just chopped up tomatoes, and the black beans weren’t seasoned either. Very bland, sad food. The only saving grace was the chicken, but very small amount of chicken compared to the rest of the portion.

GYG are upfront about the fact that they have flour tortillas in their kitchen and probably can't completely avoid cross contamination. As per their nutrition guide, they have a lot of GF options, and I absolutely love their food. My favourite menu items are the burrito bowl, and nacho fries. Honestly though, I've been symptomatic more than a few times from gluten exposure there, so I now limit my trips to GYG.

Yum, guzman is always an easy meal. They have minimal gluten ingredients in the kitchen (tortillas, churros) so the risk of cross contamination is lower. I always get the barramundi nachos and have had no issues. They have a clear allergen list online.
