Review of Gys

Update : since very recent (dec 2023) Gys is 100% dedicated GF!

—— Gys is 1 out of 3 places in Utrecht were I come. (2others are dedicated).

For lunch/diner I come by far mostly to Gys because of the combo for easy dairyfree (total/mostly vegan) menu and ambiance. Also cake (vegan&GF), kids love pancakes (vegan&GF). Mostly Amsterdamsestraatweg location because of the parking.

Been here a lot, even in pregnancy when extra sensitive. Never any problems. They do remind you that they use bread in the kitchen, (the only gluten they have) but i have been good always.
