Most of the sauces are gluten free and you cook your own food on a grill that gets changed out and cleaned at the end of every meal. So, overall felt very comfortable eating here and the staff was knowledgable.

However, there were two negatives I would note: 1) several of the course bundles included options that are not gluten free, which made them feel like a waste of money. We were able to find one that worked, but we did have to cross check every item on the course lists against the rest of the menu (the individual items have GF markers, but there are no markers on the course lists).

2) one of the items had a sauce on it that was not gluten free, so they said they would bring it on the side. However, they put the little bowl with the sauce on the same plate as the food and some spilled as it was being carried to the table. Overall they were pretty knowledgable about ingredients, but this seemed like a gap in their awareness. If I went back I would ask that they not include the sauce at all, there are plenty of gluten free sauce options on the table
