I eat here often and get the shrimp pad Thai (I always specify gluten free) and some of the curries. I’ve also gotten the fresh spring rolls with shrimp. I’ve never gotten sick from eating here (takeout or dine-in) and if you specify gluten free you should be good. I’ve asked questions and they’re knowledgeable too.

While a lot of the food is just naturally GF, the food itself was intensely bad. We got pad Thai and Red Curry. The curry was alright, though there was no spice or flavor. The pad Thai tasted like there was just an entire jar of sweet chili sauce in it????

We ordered takeout and I was 75% confident that it would be a safe meal after speaking to the restaurant for phone order. The woman stated that most of their food is already GF, but that she would notate an allergy for extra attention. It was delicious and I had no reaction.

I eat their PH1 pho here regularly and have never gotten sick. It's amazing. I have also had the rice wrapper spring roles with shrimp and they are good too. I have never eaten any other noodle dish here.

Things aren't labeled as gluten free but their staff is knowledgeable about the topic.
Fantastic restaurant, an asset to the community! I go here all the time and have never had a problem. My standard order is the Vietnamese noodle bowl (B1). They can modify lots of things to be gluten free, but at restaurants I typically prefer to stick with things that already are - fortunately there are plenty to choose from here.

This food made me horribly sick and I had to visit the ER. I do not plan on ordering the drunken noodles again, and would like a further explanation about their gluten allergy options and cooking practices. Sad because I really enjoyed having one of my old favorite dishes, and I really thought this would be my new favorite restaurant after hearing rave reviews that they can accommodate celiacs.
