Still put tabbouleh (which has wheat) on my food after I said I had to be gluten free and explained that tabbouleh has gluten and asking for it to be left off

In my humble opinion, this place has the best middle eastern food in Chicago. Their meat is beautifully seasoned, the falafel is delicious and if I could eat a whole vat of their white sauce, I would. And if you like spicy, their hot sauce is WONDERFUL. The owner is so kind and takes cross contamination seriously, the staff changes gloves for every order. I’m very sensitive to cross contamination and every time I’ve eaten there, there hasn’t been a problem. It’s so rare to find a restaurant with good food that’s safe for me, but I’ve found it here.
