Despite loving this establishment it is very tricky to order here gluten free. They change the menu frequently and the ramen isn't always gluten free. When ordering, make sure you choose the ground meat option in the OG base with the gluten free noodles. Make sure they don't include fried onions, and double check that they haven't changed the soup base recipe. I've had amazing ramen here once, and gotten sick multiple times since when they assure me the current recipes are safe. They don't actually know all that much about what makes something GF.
