Not that gluten-conscience. Waitstaff not educated on what gluten is, but assured us enchiladas were ok. Had chicken enchilada meal w/rice & beans and didn’t have any GI issues, so it appears they were GF. And the meal had decent flavor, however, food was WAY overpriced for basic TexMex.
