No broths are gf and they don't have gf soy sauce. Eating rice noodles and meat in hot water was not good. Much of the info on their menu is not in English which is completely understandable. They have a paper sheet stating allergies in items however when I asked why their soy sauce (that wasn't gf, and there was no gf alternative) wasn't in the gluten containing section, they just shrugged... They clearly have no clue how to cater to gf customers.
Nice looking establishment tho and my non gf friends loved it

Wonderful! Our server was very cautious, and the menu was marked pretty well. Most of the soup bases are gf (I recommend the Tom Yum), the protein and veggies were as well. We were warned against trying the sauces, but we were so distracted by the rest of the food we didn't much care.
No noodles were available, just in case that's something you were interested in

Great tasting hot-pot! Meat quality is fantastic. Sauce bar has GF and other allergens labeled. Waiter checked with chef about GF food options (which aren’t marked on the menu). Unfortunately, the only GF broth is the water. Got a mix of meats and veggies — really good!
I don’t think I got glutened, hence the 4 stars. However, I did have some stomach issues after. I think this may be bc I undercooked the meat? I’ve had this once problem before at a hot-pot restaurant, so it might just be me. Figured I’d give you guys a heads up though.
If you’ve had hot-pot without stomach problems before, then I’d definitely recommend eating here.
