went here multiple times due to the amount of safety precautions the restaurant took, numerous sushi orders can be made gluten free, and they also can do gluten free hibachi they just charge a small up charge. They confirm allergies multiple times and were very knowledgable

They offer gluten free soy sauce, will cook your food items separately, and took plenty of precautions. If your food is cooked on the grill you may have a chance of cross contamination, but you can request to have them cook it in the back! They also have sushi and such that is gf if you don’t want the hibachi.
