We ordered here twice and my son had the same thing--the poke bowl--but they did a great job for us so I wanted to rate for that. Can't speak to other items but the way they handled this was just perfect. I gave them my allergy card, they checked it with the chef and he said he could accommodate the allergy. We sent the card in with his order and it came back with the receipt. Very efficient. We always err on the side of caution with his mustard allergy so we just tell them no furikake on the rice and gluten free soy on the poke (wheat allergy) and it was perfect. So nice to have a grab and go option on vacation to save time, I really appreciate it.

We enjoyed a day at the pool and beach and we're very happy with our experience ordering from Hale Nalu. They took extra care with son's GF nacho order. The menu also had gf fish tacos and burgers. No dedicated fryer.
