Was told by a friend they had many GF options on the menu. Emailed the restaurant and got a reply that gluten is “killed” at 350 degrees so there is no risk of cross contamination in the fryers/or grills. Never felt safe taking my Celiac daughter to this restaurant due to lack of knowledge from the lead chef.

I was so excited to try this place because they have so many GF option but when I asked the chef about dedicated fryers he said they use the same ones and that gluten burns off heat higher than 350 degrees. So will definitely not be back.

New place but lots of GF options all clearly marked on menu down to the sauces! Waiter didn't seem too knowledgeable about GF but menu made me feel confident. Waiter clearly stated GF bun when my son's burger arrived as well which makes me feel good!
