Hamburger Wagon

I have heard that there is flour in their burger meat, which is what makes them the crispy iconic burger that they are. When I asked if that was the case, the staff said they were bound by contract to no share recipe ingredients and would not tell me even though it’s an allergen. They are tasty as I had them before my celiac diagnosis but unfortunately they are uncooperative even when I said I was celiac and wanted to just order without buns.
