Review of Han Dynasty Upper West Side

I haven't been able to find a Chinese restaurant that offers gluten-free menu items (and a substantial amount of them too) that taste authentic. This was a delightful find as the food (my wife: Scallion Style Chicken GF, myself: Hot Sauce Style Chicken) was excellent. The service was good as well, though I'm not sure if it's the safest option for someone with serious gluten intolerance. My wife is only gluten-sensitive so she's not affected if cross-contact happens (we don't know if they dedicate a gluten-free area/kitchen).
