Our waitress was super helpful with navigating the menu and everyone seemed pretty aware of what gluten was. They even had gluten free soy sauce. Wiped down the stations used to make the sushi and everything. But I’m also asymptomatic for the most part so be safe out there yall 🙏

I called the restaurant before going and was informed they have gluten free soy sauce. At the restaurant they were able to make me hibachi using the gluten free soy sauce. The clear soup and ginger dressing both contain regular soy sauce. Tony’s special teriyaki sauce also contains regular soy sauce. These items cannot be made gluten free.
