Review of Hanabi Sushi & Rolls

First, they do have gf soy sauce but they do not have gf eel sauce. It’s listed on their menu, but when asked, they just said, “yeah. We don’t have it.” Your options are limited. No crab substitutions for imitation crab, so rolls are mostly a no-go. The tuna roll and yellowtail roll were okay. Not great. I didn’t finish them. The philly roll was good. They didn’t try to help me find anything more interesting to eat like all my friends were.

As long as you know you’re getting the basics and you’re okay with no eel sauce, it’s an okay option.

I didn’t get sick. So that was good.
