Talked with the kitchen staff and they admidntly warned me if I'm celiac, "do not eat here". He said gluten is thrown around everywhere and that the GF pizza goes directly in the oven along with all the other pizzas (no separate pan/liner), so they are sharing the same cooking surface. I appreciate how direct and honest he was.

I ate here multiple times back in 2017 and again in 2019 and it was amazing. I stayed in Poipu, and the 45 minute trip for this pizza was worth it! Love the cauliflower crust. Wife who is not GF actually preferred the GF crust. The staff is knowable and take extra steps to limit any cross contamination. I’m celiac and never got sick.

I enjoyed their GF Mediterranean pizza (with tender roast garlic). Cauliflower crust comes in 12” size. Crust was delicious and crispy near edges. They have many other topping options.
