Hanalei Poke is the best spot on the island. I've eaten there twice and never been sick. The staff is very knowledgable and keeps expanding their menu.

What a delightful joint! Featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, this poke shop has a plethora of gluten-free options (nearly the full menu) and knowledgable staff. We ordered the Haena Haze and loved it.

Almost all the menu can be modified to be gluten free - they have gf soy sauce so you can still have "saucy" poke. Staff were very knowledgeable about what's safe and what modifications to make.

Hanalei Poke is to die for. I had the Hawaiian twice, and it made me fall in love with poke. They use gf soy sauce, so most everything on the menu is safe! They also have amazing kombucha. I had no reaction after eating here!

The menu included gluten free sauce options. I had to ask to see the ingredients on the tobiko because they weren’t sure whether it was gluten-free, so it was still a little do-it-yourself. I’ll update if I (allergic) or partner (celiac) get sick.
