Newly opened ice cream shop in Downingtown. I asked about gluten free options. There was some confusion from a staff member about what that is and thought I needed vegan. However, the manager came out and understood celiac and allergies. So he went to the back, sanitized scoops and everything, and opened new containers. I ordered a shake, and it was delicious. I'd suggest going during the week or off peak times so you can really talk to staff or a manager and explain it.
