Handies Douzo

This is a great little restaurant with ample counter seating and clean design. There is no gluten free menu, but the managers were patient and proved knowledgeable as far as which rolls could be easily modified. They have gluten free soy sauce on hand. My wife and I had several different hand rolls and sashimi. It was all delicious. The chef preparing our food was conscientious about changing gloves.—-at one point, while preparing to make my order he caught my eye and nodded towards me as he did so. Additionally, staff was conscientious in letting me know as they brought non gluten free items to my wife so I would not accidentally sample. In all, it was a great experience and we will return frequently as the restaurant is walking distance from our new home. Because it is so good, they are going to get a lot of practice handling gluten free!
