It was amazing and they had so many options! The gf flax pancakes were incredible. I don’t usually like dense pancakes- but these were cinnamon with an apple butter. UNREAL and o highly recommend. So delicious and we will be back!!!!

We got to Hangar B around 9:15 a.m. on a Saturday morning and only had to wait about 5 minutes. Any later and the wait was much longer, but worth it! My husband has celiac and loved the cinnamon pancakes, a rare gluten free treat when eating out. I had to cut my 2-year-old daughter off on the silver dollar pancakes, which were basically full size and she devoured them. I had the applewood bacon sandwich with avocado and it was probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever eaten. It came with very unique, crispy homefries that my husband and I agreed were the best part of the whole meal. Add in a cool, novel location right next to the Chatham Airport where you can watch all the planes, and it was a fantastic experience. We’ll be back on our next trip to the Cape, for sure!

Agreed- they make no effort to even clean the grill when making gluten free pancakes. GFToast is toasted in the same place as conventional bread. I think it’s very misleading to even offer gluten free items & not make sure they are on a clean cooking space. Other small restaurants manage this- it’s confusing as to why they wouldn’t make an effort. (Honestly- just place the GF bread on clean tin foil!). Don’t waste your time here- they obviously don’t care about their intolerant or Celiac customers.

Sad to say, do not go here if you have celiac, everything is cross contaminated
This is NOT a celiac friendly restaurant . They do offer gluten free options including pancakes and GF toast BUT everything is cooked on the same griddle. They are leaning more toward Vegan options vs safe Gluten free options. Such a shame because the food is delicious. A small separate griddle and utensils would solve it. Nice staff and nice place but not GF safe.
No
They do have gf pancakes but do not eat these if you have a contact intolerance or allergy. The gf pancakes, bacon, etc are all cooked on the same griddle as gluten containing dishes. The only options that I could have with celiac were eggs and fruit. They also weren’t open to making pancakes on a different pan.

Only one option not good
I had the artichoke, fingerling potato & cipollini onion hash with poached eggs & garlic aioli - excellent! No gluten free bread available, but you really don't need it!
Delicious beet and potato hash with poached eggs and horseradish creme fraiche ! Gluten free without the bread. They also have buckwheat banana chocolate nip pancakes that I will definitely try next time! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We will definitely be back
