They are gluten friendly, not gluten free. They do have a menu that explains the fryer is not dedicated. I ordered a salad with salmon. Kept it simple. It was pretty good. Sensitive celiacs.

Had a great dinner here. There is definitely a risk of CC but if you're not overly sensitive (I'm a pretty sensitive celiac) it should be fine I was fine. Cheese grits were amazing. Brisket very tender and the gf cornbread was delicious!! I'm adding a pic of the gf menu.

Gluten-friendly *no dedicated kitchen. There is a bakery downstairs as well. All meat are GF. No dedicated fryer. Coleslaw contains dairy because they add ranch to it. They only know the words gluten-friendly. They do not understand any questions. No sauces are safe. Even with wheat not listed as allergen they would only say its gluten friendly. So if you want to be frustrated and confused then take your chance.

They have a separate GF menu with salads, bbq, salmon. I got a naked burrito, which had beef brisket, black bean and corn salsa, Pico de Gallo, jasmine rice, and guacamole. I asked them to leave off the cilantro cream as I am also DF. The dish was delicious.

They had a limited celiac menu and couldn’t say even those items weren’t contaminated. I had pulled pork with potato salad. Pork was extremely dry and potato salad tasted funny. I ate coleslaw instead. Didn’t get sick but was uneasy about cross contamination. I wouldn’t go back.
Had a naked burrito bowl with shrimp which was both Celiac safe and delicious. It was similar to a Chipotle burrito bowl but with a yummy sauce.

Good food. Limited options that are gf compared to full menu. Slow service.
Delicious! Tons to choose from on Gluten free menu!
