hanoon is a fabulous restaurant! not a dedicated GF facility, but they take great care when you inform them you have celiac. they have a dedicated fryer. the menu is clearly marked what items are GF, and they’ll explain to you the risk of cross-contamination of anything that’s not marked GF but seems it could/should be. when they brought our food they reiterated the care that the chef took in preparing it to be celiac safe. also, to top it all off, the food is incredibly delicious. will most definitely be returning while we are in town!!
