Dedicated gluten free menu. Amazing dishes. There are rice, noodles, ramen, assorted elaborated sushi (not only the typical ones), also desserts. Gluten free Soya sauce homemade by the restaurant for everybody. We ordered omu-rice (tasty but nothing incredible), scallop and foie gunkan, a “maki omakase 3” (32 sushi pieces) and the Green tea mochi.
