I love Happy China! I'm celiac and they have never made me sick. The food is amazing, and they even have authentic Szechuan dishes if you can handle the spice. There's plenty of less spicy but amazingly flavorful options as well. Almost everything can be made gluten free.

So insanely good. They were very GF aware, and able to guide me through the menu helping me select items they could easily make GF.
