Review of Happy Chinese Restaurant

What a gem! Gluten free Chinese food! Oh my! It’s a rare find. For me Chinese is always the most dangerous type of food. We have to have a kitchen that understands the needs and accommodates them. And this place! Crispy fried chicken with mandarin sauce on the side. I am in food heaven when here. Seriously it is so rare to find good and safe Chinese food. We travel a lot, more often then not and this is one of three places all around the country that I am comfortable to eat Chinese food. It was one of my favorites before cutting gluten and improving my health and digestion. Now it is a special treat! Grateful and happy for this local spot!
