Review of Happy Jack Pancake House

Gluten free pancakes and waffles!! I had the cheesesteak omelet with a side of gf pancakes and they were both delicious. Very knowledgeable, well trained servers! Gf pancakes are made on a separate griddle! They have both agave and maple syrup options for gf syrup. I am pretty sensitive and did not get I’ll. Can’t wait to go back!!
