Not much is gluten free. I got a salad. Looks like easy cross contamination. My husband had fish and it was meh (not gf).

Have tried to eat here multiple times and everything I ask about they say is “not gluten free.” They seem unwilling to check or accommodate. I’ve been having fruit and yogurt as that seems to be all that is safe. Visited Hale Koa 10 years ago and they were so much more accommodating then!

We are staying at the Hale Koa hotel and have had the breakfast bowl with tater tots, scrambled eggs and spam or bacon a couple times. The chef fully understands gluten and dairy free and our $8 bowls were almost too much to finish. Highly recommend!

After inquiries about preparations, my gluten sensitive family member and I tried the spam, rice, and egg breakfast takeout. It was delicious, reasonably priced, and generously served! Additionally, we also purchased and split the fruit cup filled with fresh pineapple and grapes! We will be enjoying that meal again!😊
