Knowledgeable staff. Very few items to choose from if your celiac. The veggie scramble and one of the salads are the only safe things. They make the scramble in a separate pan and warm up corn tortillas instead of toast. Was still very good if that’s your jam.

BE CAREFUL HERE. As always, just because the menu says it’s gluten free doesn’t mean that it’s necessarily celiac safe. My server was AMAZING (her name is Lindsey, if I recall correctly) and when I told her about my need to eat gluten-free, SHE was the one who brought up celiac, saying that over the past year they’ve had a huge uptick in customers like me. She told me that the safest menu item, given that their kitchen is full of bread on all sides, is the FRITATTA (without toast) because it’s made in a single pan, and the cooks can change the gloves to be as careful about cross contact as possible in their particular kitchen. You can also enjoy a gluten-free drink while you’re there. I liked their kombucha, which is celiac-safe.

I am very sensitive to cross contamination, and I felt fine after eating here. They had GF options available, and the staff seemed knowledgeable on what I could and could not eat. I got the huevos rancheros, and it was SO GOOD. Highly recommend. It’s usually busy with a wait, so get here early if you want to avoid a wait.

Celiac people: do not order any food item from this place BESIDES the frittata.
Tons of dedicated gluten free options and the staff are knowledge and it's really easy to substitute in gluten free bread or the top notch hashed browns
