They have a dedicated fryer and most things on the menu are already gluten free or can have substitutions to be. I am also dairy free and although not marked, did not have an issue finding many options. I got the fish and chips (sweet potato fries) and was not at all disappointed! They use a cornmeal crust on the fish and it is not too thick or crispy. I would gladly go here again the next time I’m in Grand Marais!

Quaint little dining room. Service was good. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and all the Specials were GF and delicious! Fish and Chips were fantastic!

The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. My son has been wanting french fries and the had oven baked french fry like potatoes. It was a bit expensive but worth the trip and the cost.

Great for a Gluten Free Meal! Cozy yellow house, nice view of the lake! They have outdoor seating, wonderful food, seafood and steaks, I had pan seared walleye with a light cornmeal breading. All their breading is made with cornmeal. They serve beer and wine and have gf yummy desserts too! Staff was very aware. I could relax!

Great GF variety including desert. Friendly and clean. All batter is GF. We had walleye and flounder for lunch. Fresh Lake Superior white fish and flank steaks for dinner followed by chocolate lava cake. Everything was delicious!

anything that's breaded is breaded with arrowroot or rice flour. So fresh and knowledgeable! I had fish and chips, and didn't get sick!

We had gf fish and chips, steak and fries, a pasta dish, salads. Everything we had was great, been here twice now and will be coming back every time I'm in town.
