Ate at the Balsa restaurant in the Harbord Hotel. Most of the Menu is GF. Staff and kitchen very aware. Had pork belly bites as a starter and the chicken balsa bowl with swapped ingredients (to be coeliac friendly) for the main. Nice atmosphere. Good food. No reaction.
