Great experience in this place every time! All meats but pork are gluten free. Great options for sides. Sweet Corn is gf and tastes amazing. Staffing is very helpful to explain gf options with gf menu.

Ate here without an issue! The meat was delicious and all GF, they only season with salt and pepper, also their INCREDIBLE bbq sauce is GF! The ONLY thing I’d say that wasn’t the best is the sides, many gf options but not the best I’ve had, but I’d go there again just for the brisket.... so..... good....

We Nima tested the regular bbq sauce, the regular sausage and the brisket. All tests came back GF. The staff told I the fries were in a shared fryer with onion rings, and the spicy bbq sauce was not Gf. We did not test these items. We tested the pre-packaged Vanilla ice cream and gluten was detected, so do not eat.

The staff were knowledgeable and one was even GF herself. Lots to choose from with the BBQ meats and a few sides.

Staff was good. Meat and original sauce are gf as are beans and a few sides. I live with Celiac and had no reactions. Only a few staff members knew what I was talking about.

I went here with a friend specifically because of it supposedly having good gluten free options, but when I went through the line to get my sides, I was told by the 2 ladies behind the counter... “Nothing we have is gluten free”. By the way, this was after one of them went back to the kitchen to ask the cook/chef. Puzzled, I went through the rest of the line to pay for my brisquet and ribs, where the cashier told me, “oh, we have several gluten free sides and sauces.” I never found out for sure who was correct, but they should probably figure it out.

All the meats are GF, including the regular BBQ sauce (not the spicy). They have multiple sides that are GF as well. I tried the roasted corn. This place is delicious!! They make all the meat outside on the pits, so safe for Celiac!

Besides being delicious bbq, it was so wonderful to take part in the excitment of the various bbq stations at Hard 8. The staff is so well trained in gluten allergies! EVERYONE I questioned while walking through knew what was and what wasn't gluten containing. The pork ribs were to die for and the bbq sauce was perfect. They cut them on a clean seperate cutting board from other items. My non Celiac daughter enjoyed every bit of gluten she had, especially the mac n cheese. Can't say enough...fun, fun, fun and very yummy!

Like the other reviews have said, excellent BBQ and they take great precautions to try to ensure no cross contamination. I had the brisket and ribs and I also tried the potato salad, jalapeño cream corn and the beans. The corn is mediocre, but the other sides are good. The brisket and ribs were great! And I like their original BBQ sauce too. *** There is no dedicated fryer, so no French fries or sweet potato fries for Celiacs. *** There are less expensive options for BBQ, but none that beat the flavor and definitely none that beat the friendly, well trained staff. I’ve been to two locations and the staff has been wonderful at both.

Always a favorite! I love the beef brisket, sweet potato and regular BBQ sauce. I also have eaten the Cole slaw and not reacted (although it’s not on their GF menu)

Lots of gluten free options and knowledgeable staff.

Great experience. Had a brisket baked potato with regular bbq sauce and their sweet potato fries. Did not get sick as a celiac. :) will be back.
