Gluten and dairy intolerant. had an absolutely delicious Burger & fries. Manageress came out to table to reassure me they would make meal to suit my dietary requirements. Excellent service & excellent meal !

Not fully gf but there are so many gf options. There are burgers, sandwiches, salads, steak, and ribs!! The ribs were so delicious!!!! The gf hamburger bun was not the best. Super fun vibe and staff is knowledgeable. Safe for celiacs

All Burgers are available with gluten free bread. Even the fries are made in a seperate fryer! The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant. The waiter was very knowledgeable and made sure my needs were catered for as a celiac. I had BBQ wings as a starter which was lovely considering most BBQ sauces are not celiac friendly.

just had a great meal here this evening. our waiter was excellent, Victor. Nachos were crisp and not great. Cobb salad fresh with lots of variety. separate gf menu with many options. this was the third time in 5 years and I have always been fine.

Great food and very careful with celiac food and traces. Have eaten here several times and never had any cross contamination incident, and it's worth mention that I am a very sensitive celiac. Serving staff are always super lovely (the staff at the door whoever are usually unfriendly) . The food is delicious !!!

Left before eating as I was concerned at their attitude. They asked how sensitive a coeliac I was. He said if I was sensitive the manager would need to speak to me to make me aware it would not be possible to guarantee my food would be free from contamination. Coeliac is coeliac so would not recommend.

For a chain, this hard rock cafe had a lot of options for gf. We have not had gf wings in a long time and they were excellent. Waiter was very attentive to make sure our order was filled correctly for gf. This is a great location and festive.

Great atmosphere and service! The restaurant had its own separate gf menu, and all gf dishes were marked by a flag :) The menu had lots of options from starters and mains to desserts. Had the cheeseburger, was ecstatic that they got their own dedicated gf fryer for fries :) the food was a bit expensive but I was pleasantly pleased and enjoyed my visit, would come back again! The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about allergies, and went through their kitchen routines with me when I was about to order.

Menu is well marked to specify gluten free options. Had a triple cheese burger and mashed potatoes (fries not celiac safe, waitress confirmed). Gluten free hot fudge brownie and ice cream was HUGE and DELICIOUS! Would return, food tasted good after long travels and no reaction in days following. Sat upstairs and had a nice view of the Grand Place, good for people watching.

I had one of the burgers, the gluten-free bread was not that good, left most of it. The burger was not seasoned enough. Had fries that was not salted. All in all I was not impressed. They have a separate gluten-free menu via QR-code but the regular menu show more than that.

Have eaten here twice in the past week, enjoyed my burger and fries (yes, separate frier!) and most importantly, didn't get sick. There's a GF menu available. Most burgers can be ordered and there's GF hamburger buns. Fries go in separate frier and are safe to eat. Not sure about measures taken to prevent cross-contamination. The first time my burger came with a stick marked with 'allergy', but not the second time. Didn't get sick either night though.
