Review of Hard Rock Cafe

I was at this location last night and was extremely impressed with our waitress. Her friend has celiac and she was really knowledgeable. I didn't have to explain anything. They do have a gluten free menu, however, our waitress said anything fried they are community fryers and not recommended for celiac. She went back in the kitchen and informed them of a "severe allergy" and I ordered the fiesta burger with a side salad instead of fries. I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination and had no reaction :)
