I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff were really helpful and attentive - the manager came and helped me work out what I could eat. While there weren't heaps of gf and vegetarian options, there were enough to choose from and I had an excellent burger and fries (there are lots of gf meat options). There is a dedicated fryer for gluten free food which is awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience can always relay on a Hard Rock Cafe. Plenty of options from burgers with burger buns, steak, chicken including wings. Few desserts as well. When ordering they ask for any dietary requirements and the manager comes out to speak to you and makes you feel safe. Seperate cooking area for gluten including a seperate fryer. Great location and atmosphere.

.As soon as I saw there was a Hard Rock Cafe I instantly felt relief as I hadn’t seen any signs of GF options anywhere else around the old town. The restaurant was huge and has 2 outdoor seating areas, we sat outside but under cover. The waiter arranged for his manager to come over and take my order and she confirmed everything I had chosen was safe. She then brought my food out herself, reconfirming that there was no gluten in it. I can’t fault the staff - they were so helpful and reassuring.

Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten-free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
Not coeliac but I am DH, menu clearly marked, plenty of options, burgers, ribs etc and the manager was very helpful. Staff were excellent.

Great atmosphere and service! The restaurant had its own separate gf menu, and all gf dishes were marked by a flag :) The menu had lots of options from starters and mains to desserts. Had the cheeseburger, was ecstatic that they got their own dedicated gf fryer for fries :) the food was a bit expensive but I was pleasantly pleased and enjoyed my visit, would come back again! The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about allergies, and went through their kitchen routines with me when I was about to order.

Menu is well marked to specify gluten free options. Had a triple cheese burger and mashed potatoes (fries not celiac safe, waitress confirmed). Gluten free hot fudge brownie and ice cream was HUGE and DELICIOUS! Would return, food tasted good after long travels and no reaction in days following. Sat upstairs and had a nice view of the Grand Place, good for people watching.

I had one of the burgers, the gluten-free bread was not that good, left most of it. The burger was not seasoned enough. Had fries that was not salted. All in all I was not impressed. They have a separate gluten-free menu via QR-code but the regular menu show more than that.

Have eaten here twice in the past week, enjoyed my burger and fries (yes, separate frier!) and most importantly, didn't get sick. There's a GF menu available. Most burgers can be ordered and there's GF hamburger buns. Fries go in separate frier and are safe to eat. Not sure about measures taken to prevent cross-contamination. The first time my burger came with a stick marked with 'allergy', but not the second time. Didn't get sick either night though.
