We went to Hard Rock because the last time we visited, they had the GF buns and fries were cooked in a dedicated fryer. This time, 1/6/24, we were told they started ordering new fries and the fries themselves were no longer gluten free. Very disappointed.

Small menu but reasonably safe to eat. Our server knew the menu well and understood that the fryer was shared and therefore the fries were not celiac safe. Burgers and salads were good

Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten-free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
I get quite sick when I accidentally intake some gluten. I had a bbq pulled pork burger here, obviously with a gluten-free bun, and a side of salad. And a mojito!! I did not get sick!! Highly recommendable!!

Got so sick my first visit. Called and let them know to better teach their staff what Gf is. They offered me a free meal. Went back and had no issues and great service. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go back though
Ordered off gluten free menu which had fries on it. Was told by a different server the fries are not gluten free. They need to take fries off that menu.
I really don't know if they really take care about cross contamination. They have a gluten-free menu, but I'm not sure if it's safe for us. They brought me a Cesar salad with croutons, so I had to complain because salad with regular bread isn't a gluten-free food. Then they prepared another salad for me, the taste was good, but I really don't if it is safe.
It was midnight and i was in my room right after the Mariah Carey Concert and i was very hungry. Taking a chance i called room service and asked to speak to a chef manager (NICK) came to the phone and I explained my allergy and the situation i was in (I couldn’t find anything safe to eat at that time. He took the information and said let me ask around to see who can make you something to eat.. KIM called back on nicks behalf and told me i had options (the fixed a turkey bacon cheese burger gluten free bun and safe fries- also sent up buffalo hot wings and a fresh lemonade- here i am 3 days later super excited that nick and kim took the time to help with my allergy and appetite lol
Yes
Ordered off the gluten free menu and they brought us a meal with gluten-onion rings in it. I don’t trust them and I will never be back. I should have taken the waiters ignorance regarding gluten-free items as a red flag. There gluten free menu is NOT to be trusted because the kitchen doesn’t take it seriously.
No
My non gf family enjoyed the burgers but service was very slow and food came out warm not hot. My food obviously wasn’t gf (even though the waiter apparently went and talked to the chef) bc glutened symptoms started before I even got home.
No
They have a good amount of options. I got the California Cobb salad... the waitress wasn’t sure about the dressing being gluten free so I got balsamic instead.. and she assured me the chicken was grilled not breaded. The portion was large enough to be a full dinner, I enjoyed it!
So let me begin by saying my 2nd experience here in two days was awesome. Day 1 my waiter blatantly told me there is nothing I can eat there except for a hamburger with a gluten free roll. Well I didn’t want that so I said “no salads”?, he said “oh yah salads are fine”. He got me so nervous that I had a dry salad. I was miserable. I was staying at the hard rock hotel so I called and complained. They told me to come back in the next day which I did. A manager came right over and assured me there were a ton of gf options. I had a bone in rib eye, mashed potatoes and string beans. It was phenomenal! If you go here just tell your waiter that you’re gf and that you’d like to see a manager. In the end it was a great experience and I will definitely go back. I’m glad I didn’t let 1 uneducated waiter ruin it for me!

I called ahead and spoke to the manager to ask about how safely I could eat at this restaurant gluten-free. He assured me not to eat the fries as they recently switched brands and they would have wheat - and now the fryer would be cross contaminated, so don’t order wings
I asked his name and if he would be there and could babysit my meals since I am driving seven hours tomorrow
The manager was leaving - and yet he share with the next manager name Sam
When I arrived, I met Sam who had told the kitchen staff and bartender of my sensitive food allergy
I have had to eat this way for 19 years - and I have learned how important it is to talk to a manager and stress how important it is to eat out without cross contamination…- and yay! I had a great pulled pork sandwich on a GF bun with mashed potatoes and it was delicious and I didn’t get sick!

GF burger was awful. Avoid for a proper meal. Wings were nice but the patty from the burger is one of the worst I’ve had. Go elsewhere!
