Most of their sandwiches are GF except the fried stuff. They offer GF bun. Substitute chips for fries. Not a dedicated fryer. They also usually carry Omission GF Beer. They will help you select GF options

Menu and waitress said they had a gluten free burger bun. Burger came and the bun looked and felt too ‘real’. I questioned her and she guaranteed it was GF. I pressed further, she went back to the kitchen, returned and told me that they ran out of gf buns- so they just gave me that one. :(
