I mentioned that my ordered needed to be gluten free and my waiter asked “allergy” and I replied that I have celiac’s. So he answered “that is important to know”. A few minutes later a manager came out with my order on a slip confirming my order and my gluten-free needs. She then went to check with the head chef that it was in fact gluten- free. (Mind you that I ordered off of the gluten-free menu.) she said that if there was a problem she would be back to help me find other food that was gluten-free.
Best service and care. Our waiter mentioned that we was slow to check on us since he had to find a manager for another patrons onion allergy. They are looking out for people.
