I ordered a gf burger w/o bun and side salad w/o croutons. Told them I have celiacs. Burger came out on a regular bun and I asked that it be corrected not by just removing the bun and reserving it. They assured me it would be a new burger. My gut and body says otherwise. Totally reacted and will not ever chance it again. Another example of a business who really does not care about the health of their customers.

Gluten free options such as buns and gf pizza crust. I ordered a burger and they didn’t ask me what I wanted for my side so I ended up with french fries right next to my burger. Fortunately the staff was understanding and offered a different side and also to remake the burger☺

I have eaten at HB several times and never gotten sick. I usually get the pizza or a burger but there’s many choices and they are familiar with GF! Highly recommend.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

It’s nice to have GF options. However, the waitress got my order wrong and my burger was hardly cooked.

I love coming here. Their burgers are so good and I have not gotten sick out of my two times visiting. I have ordered over the phone and they are always quick to tell me that their fries are not gluten free due to cross contamination. I always get a baked potato as my side. The French onion soup minus the crouton is also good.

Ordered side salad. Came with croutons. Sent it back. Got new one. After eating over half I but into something crunchy ... crouton. Guessing they picked them off and sent it back

Didn't eat rest of meal. Got bill and they only took 50% off my meal.

Server was very knowledgeable and although my burger came with fries made in a shared fryer, I was immediately informed of this and a side salad was substituted. Also offered a larger selection of ciders from the bar than are even on menu. Burger was delicious. Make sure you inform and communicate clearly about your celiac needs but once you do so, you should be in the clear. Staff was friendly and accommodating, even though we are clearly not locals!
