This is a grocery store that also has a deli. Lots of gf snack options and shopping and some gf deli options available. some staff are knowledgeable about allergens and can recommend stuff to you. on one hand, i can always count on grabbing a snack here from their packaged items. on the other hand, i would be careful about CC from the deli. while some items are labeled gf and they have gf bread available for use in sandwiches, and were attentive and polite about the change gloves/use fresh cutting board request, I am not sure if its free from CC. i would talk to the manager or wait for a senior staff member to make your sandwich, and inquire thoroughly about if there could be CC from common use of condiment jars. (i forgot to ask them last time about the jars.) 5 stars for snacks, but down to three stars cause I might have gotten glutened here.
