Everything was separated and they’re amazing with my allergy concerns grabbing ingredients from the back and constantly changing out gloves without me even asking

We had the Mediterranean bowl, adding chicken. the flavor was wonderful and was a large serving.

Enjoyed this restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. 100% gluten free. So many choices to include soups, salads, bowls and desserts. Highly recommend if you are looking for fresh, healthy and delicious food. Really nice inside.

AMAZING!!!! In town for the weekend and was able to walk from my hotel. Dedicated gf kitchen and the NICEST owner ever!! We talked with her for a while and learned about the background of HK. Owner has celiac and makes sure it is a clean eating restaurant. So healthy, so DELICIOUS. #1 biggest fan — thank you HK!

Wow! Entirely gluten free and also red-meat free (for those alpha-gal allergy folks). Had a Harvest bowl (so good!) and Oriental bowl (both warmed on the stove - but cold versions abailable by default) and grilled brussel sprouts (amazing!) and for dessert gf macaroons and gr oatmeal cookie sandwich and a cup of hot black tea with vegan cream. Best lunch in SC! Vegan friendly!

Tried them for lunch today. The vegan gf mushroom soup was sooooo gooood. Dedicated gluten free as many of their awesome people are celiac. Bowls are more like salads. High quality ingredients and delicious flavors. Will be back.
