College students work here, so as long as you’re clear on saying it’s an allergy and asking them to wash their hands and change their gloves and clean the counter, they will accommodate.

They ask about allergies and use different utensils to cut sandwiches for you. They also put paper down on the panini press so you can get hot sandwiches gluten free. They normally have a selection of gluten free soups as well.
They have gluten free bread but for an extra $2 it isn't worth it. They don't actually really prepare the food safely and don't list which of the sandwich fillings are gluten free. It seems more safe for gluten free hipsters tha celiacs.

I was on vacation in the area and decided to stop in based on the previous review. Needless to say, I placed my gluten free order and ended up giving it to my boyfriend. Yes, they have gluten free bread, but I was unsure what meats were/weren't gluten free. It was prepared in the same area of the kitchen as the other sandwiches and sliced with the same knife it seemed. I wasn't risking it. A cute place if you aren't gluten free or aren't too strict about it.
They area lunch time cafe that offers sandwiches, soups, salads and more. They offer beautiful gluten free bread, prepared in a dedicated area! Yum!!! Have it made as a panini!
