I was pleasantly suprised how well they were able to accomodate my celiac son! They can make many things gf that arent on the gf menu for dinner. Made my son fresh breakfast items because I don't feel comfortable with buffets because of cross contamination. so glad we can still stay at one of our fave NH resorts and safely feed my son. Did I mention they have homemade gf pasta that they somehow don't advertise!!!
