Has gluten free pastries & bread. Also has some vegan items as well. Are able to sub regular bread for gf bread for an up-charge. I got the gf cinnamon roll, a gf almond & chocolate tea cake, and a sandwich sub. for gf bread. The tea cake was the best thing I got. It didn’t taste gf and was moist, would absolutely recommend. The sandwich was good but for the price, eh. The bread held together, didn’t crumble or fall apart, kinda spongy like if they used tapioca starch. Not sure if it tastes good by itself but would recommend getting a loaf and using it for sandwiches. Also not sure if will hold up untoasted since it was toasted for the sandwich. The cinnamon roll smelled good at first and looked good but didn’t taste good. It tasted like gross corn tortillas or maybe a little floral. I’m not sure how to describe it but it was gross. Got a friend to try it and they thought it tasted like weird soap and smelled like it too. Wouldn’t recommend getting it.

They have a few gluten friendly options. What I’ve had has been quite good and I have not gotten sick. Like most places, you have to be careful and weigh the risks.

So far I’m reviewing the menu because work friends invited me to go. Their menu mentions a few “gluten friendly” options, but nothing that seems celiac safe.
