I was told they keep a separate prep area for all gluten free sandwiches. It includes its own meats and produce in a specific gluten free refrigerated case. They wrap the item separately from the rest of the order.

We called to inquire about gluten free options. The woman who answered the phone immediately informed me of all the protocols they take to ensure safety of the sandwich. They use gluten free wraps and you can choose your meats, produce and condiments.
