Hat creek makes me feel at ease! Have eaten here many times since learning of my sensitivity. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Love that I can order sides without worry!

For persons with multiple food sensitivities: While the fried pickles are coated in a GF mix, they are marinated in Buttermilk (dairy). All the fryer oil is soybean oil.

This place is very trustworthy. Never have I been glutened here & I’ve eaten here more times than I can count! Their fries are prepared in a dedicated fryer, their sauces & sides are all gluten-free, (including the fried pickles), and they have gluten-free buns available for their burgers. The fried chicken is gluten-free too, though I have not ordered that yet.

This was the first restaurant we went to after officially getting my celiac disease diagnosis, they were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They changed their gloves and I was able to get a lettuce wrap for my burger with no problem.

This is a family favorite! Almost everything can be eaten safely—fried chicken, fries, sweet potato fries, and one of the best burgers around on a tasty GF bun! We eat here regularly, and have never gotten sick. I have Celiac. The food is so tasty, and the back patio is really nice. Kids can run and play safely on the totally enclosed playground while parents can sit and gab.

They make the food fresh and are very knowledgeable. It’s a nice faster food option and they have the rolling garage doors for an indoor/outdoor seating option. They list all allergies on the online nutritional facts page, and the cashier could show me all the ingredients in the GF buns to make sure there weren’t other items I could not have. The food is also delicious! The only sauce I could not have was the happy sauce, so plenty of options. OH YEAH- dedicated fryer makes this a go to!

I am obsessed with Hat Creek!! I’ve eaten at several locations for many years! Their gluten free buns are the best around! I also have a beef allergy in addition to being celiac. I usually order the fried chicken sandwich (which is gluten free!) or the Turkey burger! Both SO good! One of the only places I can eat fried foods! Can’t say enough good things!!
